The hotel was a modern and spotlessly clean place, even with ongoing work. The rooms, although a bit small, were comfortable, with all amenities and a great bed. The service was exceptional, from the friendly night clerk to the helpful manager who offered compensation for inconveniences. The location, close to Union Square, had plenty of shops and restaurants but also some homeless individuals nearby. The dining options were lacking, leading me to have breakfast elsewhere daily. Overall, a good value for the cleanliness and comfort offered.
